Two of North America’s most unique voices of the guitar—composer and performer Amy Brandon plays hypnotic solo nylon string guitar music alongside elaborate pre-recorded electroacoustic backings. Baltimore’s Susan Alcorn has taken the pedal steel guitar far outside of country into exciting new territory with her lyrical but sonically rich compositions for the instrument.
Elisa Thorn is a harpist, composer, and vocalist known best for her use of extended techniques, electronic effects, and unconventional uses of the harp. Claire Yunjin Lee is a Korean-Canadian pianist, keyboardist, sound designer and composer. Claire is a sought-after composer collaborator for creating intuitive, textural, electrifying and genre-merging sounds.
