Tsuzure highlights a broad range of music from the full assault of the taiko to melodic instruments such as the koto (Japanese zither), shakuhachi (flute), shinobue (folk flute), shamisen (lute) and voice.

Tenkai released 1997 Kiyoshi Nagata’s debut solo CD featuring eight original compositions. The CD has been described as subtle, meditative and beautifully spare.
