Linda Catlin Smith elected Honorary Member of ISCM
We are delighted to announce that Linda Catlin Smith has been elected as a new Honorary Fellow of the International Society for Contemporary Music at the World New Music Days 2024 in Tórshavn, Faroe Islands. The nomination was put forward by Rodney Sharman, President of the SIMC Canadian Chapter, and the vote was unanimous! Linda becomes the second Canadian composer to be an honorary member of SIMC and we couldn’t be prouder of her! Congratulations Linda!
