This website is operated by the Canadian Music Centre. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Canadian Music Centre. The Canadian Music Centre offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or downloading or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Services” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”), which include those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Copyright
The Canadian and international laws of copyright and other intellectual property laws protect the written, visual, digital, and audio content (“Content”) that is made available by the Services. Copyrights in the Content are held by their respective owners.
The download of, and access to, any Content is available to users of the Services, and is intended only for personal and non-commercial use. For Content downloaded or accessed from the lending library services, at the end of the lending period, your license to the Content terminates, and you may no longer use or access the Content. The Canadian Music Centre reserves the right to suspend or terminate your ability to use or access the Services or the Content if these Terms are not complied with.
Except as noted, the compilation of all Content included in or made available through the Service is the exclusive property of the Canadian Music Centre and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
Licence and Access to the Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and your payment of any applicable fees, the Canadian Music Centre, or its content providers, as applicable, grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the Services. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of any Service or the Content; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of any Service or the Content; any downloading or copying of information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering and extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Use or any Service Terms are reserved and retained by the Canadian Music Centre or the publishers, rightsholders, or other content providers, as applicable. No Service may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of the Canadian Music Centre or the rightsholder. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of the Canadian Music Centre without express written consent. Use of the Services that is not compliant with these Terms or with any applicable laws will be deemed misuse, and all access and licences granted by the Canadian Music Centre or its content providers may be terminated if you do not comply with these Terms of Use or any Service Terms.
Your Account
If you use any Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or other electronic devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under the age of majority in your province of residence, you may use the Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. The Canadian Music Centre reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Canadian Music Centre pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier or, if such items must cross an international border, then risk of loss and title pass to you when they clear customs.
Returns, Refunds and Title
At our sole discretion, a refund may be issued upon request.
Product Descriptions
The Canadian Music Centre attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, the Canadian Music Centre does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by the Canadian Music Centre is not as described, your sole remedy is to request a refund.
