The Atlantic Arts Trio, so named because of its Newfoundland origin, comprises of soprano singer, clarinet and piano. The group was established in 1986 to explore all the music it could find and commission for that combination. Fifteen years and a dozen tours later they decided to put some of their favorites together in an eclectic mix of styles that includes folk, romantic, contemporary and popular music; hence the title of its debut Cd: Not Your Usual Lineup.
